SQIRL RESTAURANT – Virgil Village
This pioneering quasi-commercial kitchen restaurant concept was born out of the LA farm-to-table movement. The renovation of this test kitchen seamlessly weaves together a behind-the-scenes environment with a restaurant quality atmosphere. It balances functionality and utilizes both interior and exterior space to accommodate the dynamic culinary energy of an all-day dining experience. Additionally, it serves as a place for production and distribution of their handcrafted products.
