HOYOS-LALINDE HOME - Pasadena 

The restoration of this 1938 Mid-Century Modern residence, which had been subject to decades of unsympathetic remodels, began with reconceptualizing the house with a modern slant. The project explored the importance of maintaining the homes’ best features while imagining how the original architects would have specified the build today with the contemporary vision of its current occupants.
